We are excited to share about the Have A Plant movement. Have you heard about it? The movement was started by the Produce for Better Health Foundation to encourage everyone to eat more fruits and vegetables. It’s a simple concept with many benefits. Adding more plant-based foods to our diet every day improves our health and can boost our mood. There is plenty of science to back this up, and most people are aware they need to eat more fruits and vegetables. However, often there can be a gap between knowing and doing. The Have A Plant website makes it easy to take action with advice, nutrition and storage information, shopping tips, healthy menus and recipes, and money-saving suggestions using fruits and veggies.
