Cantaloupe Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
1 cantaloupe, halved
1 cup almond milk
2 cups frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup Greek yogurt, any flavor
1 cup cantaloupe
Granola, for topping
Raspberries, for topping
Cantaloupe balls, for topping
Directions
- Cut cantaloupe in half, deseed each half and remove some of the fruit out of each ‘bowl’. Reserve cantaloupe for the smoothie mixture.
- In a blender add almond milk, banana, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and reserved cantaloupe. Blend on high until smooth.
- Divide smoothie mixture into each ‘bowl’ and top with granola, raspberries and cantaloupe balls for serving.
Yield: Serves 2
