Cantaloupe Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

1 cantaloupe, halved

1 cup almond milk

2 cups frozen banana

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup Greek yogurt, any flavor

1 cup cantaloupe

Granola, for topping

Raspberries, for topping

Cantaloupe balls, for topping

Directions

  1. Cut cantaloupe in half, deseed each half and remove some of the fruit out of each ‘bowl’. Reserve cantaloupe for the smoothie mixture.
  2. In a blender add almond milk, banana, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, and reserved cantaloupe. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Divide smoothie mixture into each ‘bowl’ and top with granola, raspberries and cantaloupe balls for serving.

Yield: Serves 2
