Cantaloupe Avocado Snack

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, halved and seeded
- about 1 cup cantaloupe balls
- 1-2 Tablespoons vinaigrette (1 part vinegar/3 parts oil + dried herbs such as oregano or basil)
- fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Toss cantaloupe balls with vinaigrette to coat.
Top avocado halves with cantaloupe ball mixture.
Garnish with fresh mint sprig. Serves 2.
