Cantaloupe Prosciutto Bruschetta

No measuring is required for this non-recipe recipe. Just add as much or as little of each ingredient as you prefer for a super simple appetizer that’s ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

Sliced baguette, lightly toasted

California cantaloupe, sliced thinly

Ricotta cheese,

Lemon juice

Olive oil

Prosciutto

Fresh basil

Directions

Slice baguette and lightly toast. Whip ricotta cheese with lemon juice and olive oil then spread on sliced baguette. Layer on thinly sliced cantaloupe and prosciutto. Top with fresh basil leaves and enjoy!
