Cantaloupe Caprese Skewers

No measuring is required for this non-recipe recipe. Just add as much or as little of each ingredient as you prefer for a super simple appetizer that’s ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

Cantaloupe – cut in chunks.

Fresh basil leaves

Fresh mozzarella balls

Prosciutto

Balsamic glaze

Directions

Cut cantaloupe into bite size cubes. Assemble cantaloupe, mozzarella, prosciutto, and basil leaves on skewer. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
