Mellow Melon Collins
The cantaloupe mixes with the cucumber and rose notes of Hendricks gin and the cooling effect of Chareau aloe liqueur to create something akin to spa water.
Ingredients

1.5oz Hendricks Gin

.5 oz Chareau Aloe Liquer

.75 oz lemon juice

Club Soda

2-3 pieces cantaloupe
Directions
Add Cantaloupe to cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add Gin, Chareau, and lemon juice with ice and shake.
Pour through a wire mesh strainer into an ice-filled collins glass.
Top with soda and garnish with a ribbon of cantaloupe (made with a vegetable peeler or mandolin).
