Cantaloupe Summer Cocktail
Juicy cantaloupe, refreshing mint, spicy ginger, and floral notes from gin join together to bring you this invigorating summer cocktail.
- ½ chilled California cantaloupe, washed, peeled, cubed
- 2 sprigs of fresh mint, leaves removed
- 1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and diced
- juice of 1 lime
- 3½ oz. Hendrick’s Gin
Puree chilled cantaloupe cubes, ginger, mint, and lime juice in blender.
Pour mixture into a shaker with gin, add ice if mixture is not cold, shake vigerously. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with melon balls and mint leaves. Serves 2.
