Cantaloupe Prosciutto Cucumber Bites
Quick, simple, and delicious – perfect for a healthy snack or last-minute appetizer.
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ½ California cantaloupe, washed and cut into shapes
- 4 oz. Prosciutto
Place a cantaloupe shape on top of a cucumber round, top with a piece of Prosciutto, and spear with a toothpick.
Place on a plate or serving dish and enjoy – simple as that!
